Imagine 3 days and 130 km on horseback in the idyllic Karoo. You book any time at your
convenience you for as long as it suits you. We currently have 6 horses available for this
trip. Depending on the location of the horses, you will be notified as in which direction
you will be riding.
Day 1
Starting just outside Colesberg at the farm Klipkraal you will leave your vehicle, and
ride 45km South towards Hanover. Here you will spend your first night at the Karoo Gariep
Hippo Conservancy.
Day 2
The next morning you will travel 35 km towards New Bethesda and spend the night at Ramino
Guest Farm along the Seekoei River.
Day 3
The last day will take you 50 km to Schanskraal, completing the final leg of the trail, where
you will spend the last night. The next morning you will be picked up and returned to your
vehicle by mini-bus.
